Thanks for visiting! I am Nathalie Wallin and currently part of the 13th edition of the FIFA Master, which is a postgraduate program in Management, Law and Humanities of Sport.
The FIFA Master is organized by the International Centre for
Sport Studies (CIES) in partnership with three universities, De Montfort
University in Leicester (England), SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan
(Italy) and the University of Neuchâtel (Switzerland), and endorsed by the Fédération Internationale de Football
Association (FIFA). Recently the program got voted as the number one postgraduate sports course in
Europe. For more information about the program, please visit CIES.
My background
Sport has always played a major part of my life and I have
been fortune enough to be involved with sports at a very early age. I am originally from Stockholm, Sweden
but worked and studied for the last seven years in the United States before I recently moved back to Europe.
The idea about this blog is to give my family, friends and
anyone that is interested some insight about my life as a FIFA Master student. After
completion of the course my aim is to work in an area more in tune with my
passion for sport. I am also
interested to eventually create a sporting foundation that emphasises on educational opportunities for children. Among other interests are working with disabled
sports as well as develop and promote sports in remote areas of the world.
My favorite quote is “the future belong to those who believe
in the beauty of their dreams” which summarizes my belief of striving for the
“impossible” and to always aim high. My ambition is
to be an inspiration as well as to seek new knowledge from others, which I am looking forward to as part of
the FIFA master program.
